Welcome to Rohtak Cab Service. By booking a ride or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Fare Calculation

Outstation tariffs are calculated based on a minimum running limit of 250 km per day. Toll taxes, state permit taxes, and parking fees (where applicable) are extra unless explicitly quoted as a flat-rate inclusive package.

2. Luggage & Passenger Limit

Vehicle capacity must strictly adhere to legal registration limits (Dzire: 4 Passengers, Ertiga: 6 Passengers, Innova Crysta: 7 Passengers, Tempo Traveller: 12-26 Passengers). Excess passengers will not be permitted.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup time incur no cancellation charges.
